About the evening

An intimate gathering at the Royal Institution, one of London's most storied spaces for serious inquiry, to mark the emergence of Luminous.

The evening will centre on something not seen before: a conversation between HE Khedrup Rinpoche, a prominent Buddhist spiritual leader from Bhutan, and Luminous Mind, our AI partner, trained on humanity's deepest thinking in leadership, on what leadership is being asked to become. Ancient wisdom and modern science, in genuine dialogue.

From there, the conversation will open to the room, as our guests reflect on the threshold moments they are navigating in their own leadership and organisations, and explore what this moment in history is asking of leaders and teams. Honest, unhurried, and among peers worth knowing.
